I have a question.

When I scan a satellite, it shows no frequencies found. As it goes to channels there may be several. On another satellite it will show 3 or 4 frequencies it picked up, then it doesn't find any channels. I am using a microhd 1200. Is this normally the way it works?

Are you talking about Direct or Dish

Some transponders have data on them. These show up on a blind scan with no channels and say fail on the microHD.

Yup, and depending on how you setup your scans you'll likely have WAY more TPs than channels most of the time if you're using the FTA scan instead of ALL. Then there's some satellites up there you get NOTHING on.
