Shawn, if you have a tap and die set laying around try using a die on on the switch to "clean" up the threads. Alternatively use a wire brush on the threads to clean them up. Hope this helps.

I was going to do that but ran into two problems. As Iceberg said - this thing is tiny. I don't think my die set will clear between the connectors. I may give a wire brush a shot. I just ordered a DMSI one.

yep. Noticed that right away when I was on audio.
Channel says "POWER" (Power 97) and the EPG said "Power 97 Winnipeg's Best Rock"
