Go to Equipment & services/DirecTV HD DVR/...ignore the pictures and descriptions
of the HR10-250, and drop down to the Para. "Getting started with the Directv plus dvr" click on the hot linked "users manual" or "quick start guide"..I have a
feeling they may not last, so save to your PC's drive.......
