Check this new series on Treasure HD. The first episode was on 6/10/07 but it will be repeated on 6/15/07 at 8pm EST. This first episode documents the Kentucky's Bourbon. From how it is made, its history and how it is distilled. Very interested documentary about Bourbon. Next new episode is on 6/19/07. It is about Luxury RVs. I hope it is done in a similar fashion to FoodHD when they show how various well-known food items are made (forgot the name of the show).
Second episode was about RVs... It was an excellent episode. It just made me go I want one of those... but I do not have 2M 
I finally got around to watching this show on Treasure HD over the weekend and really enjoyed it. I saw an episode on how they make the Louisville Slugger (baseball bats) and another on Tabasco and hot sauces. Nice production, interesting material, very good PQ.:up:up

saw the one on Tabasco very interesting and informative. I really enjoyed it. Overall I have been really happy since Cablevision added the voom channels, glad we finally got them
