When FOX got the NFL they really built up their station base.

If CBS would've kept the NFL from Fox back in '93, my CBS station would've stayed on channel 2 instead of moving to 62 at the end of '94 and Fox would've stayed at 50. Now Fox is on 2 (RF 7), CBS on 62 (RF 44) and ch 50 (RF 14) is our CW.

Since it started broadcasting. Favorite shows were Married With Children and In Living Color.

Same with Atlanta.

The stations were all part of the New World Communcations Group that switched all it's stations from CBS to Fox in 1994 when Fox won the NFL contract for the NFC.

I actually watched the old Joan Rivers talk show which was on even earlier than the prime time launch. I did not watch it regularly but I did tune in to see it and the Arsenio Hall (pre paramount show) and Ross Crystal shows that tried to follow in that time slot
