How long before VOD is available after install?

I had my h34 upgraded and installed by a technician over 48 hours ago and still no VOD available. The h44 is connected wirelessly and is sitting literally within hands reach of the router. I also have 2 c31 minis and 1 Samsung 4K rvu tv connected. My connection shows good and it has all along. He added 2 decas on the install. One at the tv and one off the swm. Should I manually hook the h44 to the router or is this normal to wait this long?

Give it another day. Don't connect it. Do you see the "connected" when you press menu?

Yes it shows connected. Wow a week seems excessive.

Is your receiver an HR44 or an H44? The H44 has no hard drive, hence will not be able to download VOD.

Hr44. Problem solved, I reset it twice then voila! Thanks for the responses!
