How do you force a software dowload

Its beta software that you can download. Most of the time its nothing decent but I know when I did it the info banner was "enhanced"...had some cool options on it
The youtube software was available about a month before it was pushed out to the subs

I got that "Enhanced " banner on my HR20 only so far ....
Thank God, I hate it, can I get rid of it if I go back to the NR ?

Im saying that the download is not avail and I cant do you tube

So is it just the HR24 and H24 that had no new software? All my non-24's took a new CE
