Hopper antenna/switch question

I'd like to set up my travel trailer to be ready to bring one of my Hopper receivers. If I only bring the Hopper, and not a Joey, can I hook the Hopper directly to the 1000.2 integrated switch or do I still need a single or dual node?

You still need a node, unless you don't care if all three tuners work.

It would still have 2 tuners without a node. To get 3 requires the node.
