I have recently upgraded to a Hopper 3 and two Joeys. I've noticed that if the Joeys are turned to the same channel that is on the Hopper 3, the audio is out of sync. Do I need to schedule a service call or is this something I can adjust? Thanks.
Nope, this is completely normal. The hopper is the "brain" of the system, and receives the info(audio and video) from the dish first, and then sends that out to the joeys. It takes a second or two for the joeys to receive that information after it gets to the hopper.I have recently upgraded to a Hopper 3 and two Joeys. If the Joey and the Hopper or Joey and Joey are within sound range of each other there really isn’t anything you can do about it. The Joeys will be slightly behind the Hopper because the Hopper is providing the signal and it takes microseconds to get the signal from the host to the client.I have recently upgraded to a Hopper 3 and two Joeys.
