Hopper 3 - Joey pausing issues

When pausing a show on the Joey, it will pause but when i hit the resume button it will play for about 2-3 seconds then hangs up. Last time this happened I reset the hopper 3 from the menu, and it seemed to work for a while, but happened again last night. I have not noticed this issue on the Hopper 3, only on the Joey that is in our bedroom, we usually pause it at 10:00 PM to watch the news while getting ready for bed. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes I have, and resetting the Hopper 3 seems to help, for a while.
