Hopper 3 Going Bad?

Clear skies. Recently, I have observed my Hopper 3 behaving strangely. The picture will freeze, go black, come back pixelated and resume. This has happened ocassionally but has ocurred 4 times today. I don't know if it is related, but if I am watching a live program on a delay, the pixelization is often times unbearable. Does this sound like a signal issue or a receiver issue?
