hopper 2 and netflix

I have a hopper 2 and netflix, both on the sat and on my tv. When I watch netflix on either the sat or tv app it hangs up at close and I have to reboot the sat to got past the netflix opening screen. Plus, is it possible to reset the hopper 2 withe the remote.

Yes you can reset the Hopper with the remote. Hit menu twice then go down to tools then reset/ restart this hopper.
