Help!!!

Hi everyone,
I am new to satellite so I guess you could call me a satellite virgin lol, I just got it Friday and last night at 9:00pm it started downloading and it is 7:20 am and it still is? What can I do...it says HomeSat on the receiver

HomeSat? Ok it's going to take a little more info for me to help.. However if something started downloading last night and it still is downloading this morning then there is a problem.. My first thought is to pull the plug on that puppy for a couple of minutes and then plug back in.. However I don't know about a receiver that has HomeSat written on it..

I'm just guessing, but I think you are trying to use FTA equipment. You may want to ask your question in that forum, i'm sure they can be of more help than we will be.
