HELP with channel on G19 HD MPEG4

LNB I have Universal
LNB Freq. I have 9750 / 10600

TRy....
LNB Type: Standard or Single, which ever is listed
LNB Freq: 10750

I just shanged the
LNB frequency to 10750 and it is trying to recieve it! I can hear it but its not coming in on picture. sounds borken up but I think it is the signal? Getting close! Think its the weak signal, it droped to 41% when I made that change!
