Help trouble recording

I am new to dish network, new to HD and new to this forum so help me if I am in the wrong place. I subscribed to the HD silver replacing the package I was on with DTV. I was connected December 5, and hooked up to my new 58 inch Panasonic plazma. I got the VIP622 and all the recordings I have have pixelization problems for a few seconds and several times during any and everry one of my recordings. When watching live TV I never see this problem. Is there anything htat can be done ? I guess it looks like I should be happy it doesnt delete the second half of the recordings for me. Let me know if ther is anything I might be albe to do. I have the VIP622 connected directly to the tv with an AR HDMI cable. Thanks in advance

If you are seeing this only on recordings (and not on live TV) it sounds like your 622 is bad. You need to call and get it replaced. If you are also seeing it on live TV my guess is your dish is not aligned correctly.

which channels are you recording vs which ones you "watch live" ?
