OTHER Help Setting up KU dish for G19

  • Server Issues.

We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Thank you for your patience! Sorry for the issue!

I finally was able to work on it again today, I took the dish off and put a level to the pole it mounts on. The pole was about 3-4 degrees off level. Reset the dish and accounted for the pole. Finaly got G19. Then used it as a reference for SES 3 and picked it up, but not getting the radio now...

Well, you are getting closer though...

Awesome, thank you. I thought I was going crazy. Do I have to manually enter for NBC and COZI also?

Glad to hear you are lined up now! :)

No, if the dish is pointed properly and the signal is strong enough those should come in fine during a blind scan. If not, try entering the frequency for them manually and doing a transponder scan. :)
