help!!!!!!!!! how can i get my upgrade

i used my credit card to open my account with dish now my credit card is maxed outm i went to western union dish my 49 dollars for my 211 to upgrade to mg4 from my811 and the csr is telling me when i send them the 49 dollars they wont upgrade unless i give them another credit card, but since i allready used a credit card once why do i have to doo it again , i pay them by western union quick collect makes no sence help!!!!!!

Is Dish refusing to charge on your first CCD.

If not, send the money to your credit card company and have Dish retry the charge after your payment has cleared.

jim that dont make cents, why do we need to use a credit card 2 times to upgrade from the 811 to the 211

Get control of your credit so this does not happen again. You should have known this would max out your credit limit.
