HD Locals In Buffalo

I live in Buffalo and I talked to a local dealer last night at the fair. He told me we should be getting our HD locals at the end of December or early January.

He also told me the new Slim Line dish should be out in September or October.

I just hope he knows what he is talking about.

I thought we'd have to wait until the next 2 satellites launch before we'd get HD locals? I know our locals haven't been announced yet and I thought once all of the announced locals are live that the 2 current sats would be full.

Although a guess, with Buffalo being a 2 major sport city (correct?) I would suspect them to be in the last group before the end of 2006.
