Having signal issues it looks like

I have a 4 room setup. Downstairs is my HD DVR Box, that is working fine no issues at all. Upstairs today I started to notice "Searching For Sat" signal on certain channels. Some channels were fine, while others just a searching error. Ran a signal test and got the following....

1-8: 99 0 98 0 97 0 98 0
9-16: 98 0 98 0 99 0 98 0
17-24: 98 0 98 0 99 0 99 0
25-32: 98 0 98 0 98 0 97 0

Ran the same test on the other box upstairs, same thing as above. Did a restart on both receivers and now my upstairs DVR stops on Receiving Sat Info on the startup screen and the other just "searching for sat signal"

I'm gonna get in touch with DTV, anyone have any idea what the issue might be.

You are missing all even transponders. This is because the 18v switching signal isn't getting through to the LNB or multiswitch (if used). Check your cable connections for a partial short or corrosion.
