I've been one of the many customers that have had a few issues with D* and the way they're going about satisfying their customers including me. But these issue are so pale compared to "real" problems that recently befell the people of the eleven countries affected by the tsunami. I wish all the survivors all the luck in the world cause it's got to be tought to lose "everything" you ever lived for.
While I am still alive and able to enjoy what over a 150,000 people just lost. I would like to say despite not being the most satisfied customer of D*. I am a customer because I like some of your products like the 522 design, and recordable hard drive, remotes, and menus. Nothing is perfect and the 811 is proof of that. But I hope in 2005 D* will finally find the solutions to all the problems they have and give it's customer more HD programming as we deserve.
