I tried to watch live tv via the dish app and it said all tuners were busy. All 16? No way. Tried on dishanywhere.com and got the same notice. Anyone else having issues?

You need to reboot when you see that. Or wait till the shows are done and then reboot. I had that happen at work using my phone and there was only three shows recording at the time. You can reboot from the app itself ,but it will interrupt all of your recordings going on while it happens.
