Google Scores NFL Sunday Ticket Package

And if you are buying it just for one football team then its only 16 days. Teams play 17 games and everyone plays on Amazon one week.
But honestly who cares how someone spends their money?
18 days of sunday ticket..you dont have a single team option

not going down Bruce's trademark

But my point still stands...don't get why some people get so worked up about how other people spend their money

$500 for 18 days of football ($27.80 a day).. you would really have to like your football team

People that are genuinely price sensitive would 1. get the price right, 2. order it now while on promotional pricing and 3. recognize how much money they're saving no longer being required to get DirecTV to enjoy this package.

For most it would be a bargain even if it was $500, in context. The current prices elicited some sticker shock but a lot of that seemed ginned up for clicks and for those who'd have faulted it even if it were just $100. 18 weekends of football for less than the price of a couple movie tickets per weekend for the most popular sport in the country? Sold.

This isn't for the casual fan. From the people I know who have had Sunday Ticket, it is primarily for hardcore NFL fans and gambling addicts (I'm kidding on the addict part or am I), and secondarily for people who want to watch games of specific teams that, for whatever reason, they are fans of.

Since the pricing was announced we have-
Google’s servers will fail because they will not handle the streaming traffic with Sunday Ticket.
Well of course I never said that it would fail, just pointed out that there's been a problem in the past coordinating systems and YTTV is a novice in the field but some folks do like to twist words to suit their position.

They only offer 2 streams per subscription..won't work for a gambler..the rest depends on how bad they need to watch their team

Why should Google care about gambling?

Multiview might handle part of the problem.

Also, should that be a bigger deal for Commercial Customers, you know for Restaurants, Bars, Casinos, the other part of Sunday Ticket that DirecTV did not bid for either.

I went on the website to order or at least confim whats going on for sure, they are not taking orders yet ...
I'm not sure how you said previously that you had already gotten ST via your GC's ...

The website, says Coming Soon, Notify Me.

I think I already went the Notify Me part, don't remember for sure, haven't heard anything if I did.

Why did they say it has to be ordered by a certain date June (I think it was), when you can't order it now anyways.

I think if you currently have YTTV you were able to order it. Folks on Reddit say they have ordered it.
I do not know if the ala carte version is available yet.

I have YTTV, I copied this from my google account-

YouTube
Apr 11 · Base Plan, NFL Sunday Ticket, NFL Sunday Ticket inaugural offer

-$282.52

The extra is the 13% tax ( 7% State, 6% County) you have to pay in Florida for all video services ( Sat., Cable or streaming).

That is another benefit of using gift cards purchased with CC points, taxes are paid also with them.

So, its just not available for those without YTTV yet.

So I logged into my account (I had YTTV about a year ago) and it shows I can order it for $249.
Interesting as I logged into my backup gmail account and it still shows $249 (this account has not had YTTV on it, hence the $62.99 price)

It gives a link and a qr code..a bunch of premium channels are there too
Thanks Juan,
I followed a link in the one you sent and was able to purchase the ST.

It was like $379 or there abouts with Tax.

I didn't create a Youtube account, but it took my Google info and applied it (Any Android user or G Mail user has a Google account already.)
