Are there satellites / web sites that have more current images than Google Earth?

Probably not.

I remember someone at work once saying that google satellite images update about once an hour. :haha

The google maps street level views are pretty cool.

Are there other versions of G.E.? I am looking at a piece of property and the date shows that the image is from July 2006. I have all of the updates to the program

Try Bing Maps or MapQuest.

I was looking for a Google earth update the other day, I get all 2006 images also.
