FTA Prob

Hi All, I am using a PANSAT 2700a with a 18' Dish with Direct TV LNB (legacy). I am trying to get it to scan the Nimq 1.3 Sat. On all Veritical TP's I get 80% signal and 85% Quality. BUt on all horizontal I get 0 % quality and 80% signal strength. With my regular reciever all works fine also works with a viewsat FTA but I cant get the Horizontal quality to work so no channels are scanned on those TP's. It is a straight through RG6 Cable(no switch). Does anybody have any ideas how to get Quality on the horizontal TP's?
