I'd hate to say it......
I'd take the Dish apart, lay it face down on a known flat surface - is it warped?

It is straight and new, I carried it from the store to here with care. I got snapshots for you but I could not find anything wrong with it, I even rotated it a few times to look if I could see a wave but nothing.

Now, I measured it. It is really a 100cm and looks like the picture:

Thanks again hope you can think of something else.

No real other ideas.
What are you setting the Dish Elevation to?

I was aiming for 34.5deg elev and around 220 azimuth(mag) taken from a 20' string to aim and a compass. After that, I made fine tuning with my sat finder and my circular lnbf.

I will make close-up pictures of the elev. Thinking about it, if I need to get my lnb closer to the dish, maybe I need to simply increase the elevation. But I am sure I already try this earlier. But i will try anyway.

Step by step...
Thank you.

This makes no sense. I spent 2 hours yesterday testing with two different lnbf circular and I could only get 48% on nimiq1 (again, if I move the lnbf in my hand closer to the dish, I get around 78%max). However on my 18inches I get 100%. This is way past curiosity, beyond interest, this is more like trying to get a hair to stand on its tip.

Last step is to get an installer (more money) to prove that my dish is the isssue and then I go back to the store and try to get a swap (with hopefully a working one) or maybe they will require to ship it to Fortec therefore I will need to pay shipping (more money).
