I'm not sure what he says beside he likes it better than Time Warners DVR. Definitely a lot of FLUFF without saying anything.

Less a review, more of an opinion piece, the summary seems to be that while the Hopper isn't Netflix or Apple TV (in his eyes), it is much better than the woeful Tme Warner product. Seems he's saying that in the world of corded TV, it's the best.
