Perhaps this will refresh your memory, it's from the article:

The court said NOTHING about the games being rigged or not, they are stating this is an NFL matter and does not belong in a court of law.

How you rephrased that into 'the reason it was dropped is because the games were not rigged' is beyond me.

We all dismissed the lawsuit as frivolous, you can stop bringing that up. Nobody is debating that.

Remember, All this ruling said was he couldn't pursue his $184.8 million lawsuit. Even if it made it he never would have received one dime. No evidence that the games were rigged or effected by the taping. I'm still waiting for just one person to tell me how they used that to cheat in games.
