Thanks, Matt, I think.

Get a powered USB hub. I have my EHD, Sling adapter, and now OTA all plugged into the back....Got mine delivered today. Worked perfectly. Love to be able to watch the networks if the sat goes down for a bit.
Had to hook it to the front USB port as I have my EHD and wireless plugged into the back two ports.
Did any get sold to retailers for them to resell ?There is no time frame that we can provide, and it is very unlikely the tech will have one on his truck
Since I want the OTA module to be here with the installation, I guess I will wait until it is in stock. I wonder if the Pinacle USB tuner I have would work. I've had it on a computer for years to work as a DVR. I've seen some people refer to this as a dongle. And a true dongle is a program enabler, not a actual unit that works more than having an id in it.
Ah yes, the old Ticketmaster broker mindset...buy up them all up for cheap and sell them at a premium. Every Ebay listing should be reported as a scam.Did any get sold to retailers for them to resell ?
Surprise, surprise - you can buy them on eBay (only a few seem to be available and they want a premium price too !).
My "dongle" is working just fine and is NOT for sale.Dongle refers to a small device used as an adapter OR a security device required to enable software.

No one is forcing people to pay for them at "premium" prices. If someone is foolish enough to do so, let 'em...Ah yes, the old Ticketmaster broker mindset...buy up them all up for cheap and sell them at a premium. Every Ebay listing should be reported as a scam.
Still, it doesn't hurt to protect people from themselves. My grandma would approve. But she wouldn't be on Ebay either, so I'm being circular. No one is forcing people to pay for them at "premium" prices. If someone is foolish enough to do so, let 'em...
How much was Dish charging for the device ? Are they still charging the same amount ?Instead, the rest of us just suffer from driven-up prices.
