Fantasy Football

I'm with you. I like my favorite teams too much to even consider the compromising that is necessary for a fantasy league.

Funny how we have ABSOLUTELY SO SAY nor can do ANYTHING to determine the outcome....and yet so damn supersticious(sp?) !

I'm not in a FF league- rather, I'm in an office pool where I root for the teams I PICK to win.

If the team I pick wins an ugly 9-6 game, then so be it.

I'm in a weekly NFL pool where you only have to pick the winners (no handicap) every week. It's a lot harder than you would think. We have about 40-50 participants at $5 a head. I win 2-3 times a year, so I'm ahead of the curve. Most weeks you have to have 0-3 losses to have a chance going into the Monday night game, but last season 4-5 losses was competitive. Sure was a crazy year. By the way, it's winner take all. I thought it was more fun/less work than FF.

I am a life long NY Giants fan.I find it hard as heck to root for Tony Romo , T.O or Tom Brady.As long as they dont beat us I sort of root for them.
