So far, I've got Port Atlantis, Billys, and Camp Phoenix... gonna explore more this weekend.

I decided to give it a try too. My guy's name is Pyvias Afaymas Oakro.

You can't talk to someone unless they are on your friends list, in the same society as you, or in your group. So unless we make a time to meet up then I don't guess we can contact each other.

I think that is kind of dumb, but I guess it keeps people from getting spammed from people they don't know.

I also got the Z. Citadel tp...
and am working on a few in the other continent right now...

Yes, there does seem to be some spammy people in some areas... One idiot kept wandering around Atlantis the other day yelling "GIVE ME PED OR I KEEP SPAMMING"... stupid idiots like that don't deserve to be playing games like this...

I just went generic and used the nick mastermesh in game... My avatar is a chick with spikey mohawk type hair.

I probably won't be logging in a lot except on the weekends... My wife has two 8 hour shifts that she has to work every weekend. Gives me plenty of time to mess around with this sort of stuff... So far I only have about 350 sweat.... and have only played about 5 hours or so.

If you can get to phoenix... that's THE PLACE for newbies to sweat... mainly because the resurection terminal is in the area, so you go sweat a long while, die, come back and you don't have to run a long ways to get back to the critters and sweat some more... If you are in Atlantis or some other areas, it takes a long time to run from the resurection place to where you find a lot of the mobs.

The Z. Citadel seems to have a lot of Atrox and Dinosaur type mob to the North and the East... so going from there for a newbie's out of the question because those higher level creatures kill you too darn fast unless you have armor... which I don't have yet.

If you do a google search for entropia map, there's several good maps out there online that give a lot of details on where all the tps are.

This weekend I ended up depositing $10 ... and quickly burned threw the cash... bought a couple of repedge axes and started killing stuff and leveling... Then tried to find some more tps..

I found Fort Ares, and a couple of other tps... tried heading to Zues, found a big pvp zone, got radiation poison and died...

Now I've successfully got myself lost somewhere lost somewhere SouthEast of Ares... I was trying to head South to get towards some other tps (Twin Peaks), but the critters in these parts are dangerous... one robot or something keeps killing me with a laser from a distance, so going south is out, going north is out... East is desert mostly, and dangerous too...

Anyways, I did find a few more tps and discovered that over this far East it's way tougher to live as a n00b... I'm going to try to work my way back to Camp Phoenix and/or Jason... I don't have Jason tp yet... I've leveled enough that the repedge axe 02 can kill a snable snot in one chop... I read somewhere that you should sweat as you hunt, so I may try that out... I've just been killing snables and little stuff like that as I come across them.

Did some more googling and found some more locations that may be helpful... Here you go:

Just found out about quickkey editing... these will be helpful... hit the B key and it brings up the menu. You can assign weapons to quick keys. I'm going to try this next time I play. It should let me switch between sweating critters and killing them a lot easier than I have been doing by going in to Inventory Menu (I key) and manually moving weapon icons around.

Also read that the 3 key is going to be my friend since it lets you run without having to hold down the Q key.

I did find my way to Twin Peaks, grabbed the TP and am now back in Newbie Lands around Camp Phoenix....

If you ever get lost like I did and stuck between Fort Ares to the North West and Twin Peaks to the South East, running south is a pain since the Drones in the wilderness out there have lasers and will kill you unless you are strong enough to kill them first or have a lot of armor and are fast enough to outrun them.. I got around those by going south east a long ways, going through some sand dunes, and then cutting south through some dinosaur lands. Some Dinos got me, but at least I got far south enough that the death teleported me to Twin Peaks where I could get the tp. Good Luck if you are a newbie out this far East.

Now it's back to Snable Snot Hunting... Going to try setting up quickkeys and pulling sweat as I hunt the critters to get the most out of them that I can... Probably will wander around walking too instead of running so as to get some fruit or dung to sell later. You can't find that stuff if you run since it will only show up if you walk.

Did a lot more hunting over the weekend... got up to around amature level on long blades skill. I'm mainly playing on weekends, running around Camp Phoenix. I was killing lots of snable snots, but my handy repedge 2x0 axes can nicely kill me some Bercycled and Conundos south and southwest of Camp, near the crashed space ships. I'm not wearing armor, just have a few axes on me and keep using them, sweating before a kill so that I have a little time to heal up before the next kill. I'm thinking I'll keep this up a while and if I get bored, maybe go to Fort Ares and do some Exosaur killings... Repedge 2x0s do about 20-30 or so damage, sometime more, sometimes less... so it kills Berycled and Conundos in about 4-5 swipes. Luckily the don't do enough damage to me that it kills me every time... now if I run on to 2 or more of them, I'm in trouble... The auto run key is R. Use it wisely. Suppossedly Bercycled and Conundus and Exosaur have better loot, so I'll probably keep to going after them for now. My blade's and skills aren't nearly strong enough to go after more advanced stuff now. I've been doing some reading on charts around the net. Looks like Strongest Long Blades in the game aren't (L) (i.e. you can actually repair them when they break down and don't have to throw them away) that are actually worth buying are Castorian Combat Enblades 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13s. Prices on those suckers are way up there due to mark up by traders... I think I read somwhere that a Castorian Combat Enblade 12 runs at TT + 1649.19 in price in an auction... and Castorian Combat Enblade 13 Mentor Edition is selling at TT+6891.02...that's about $165.00, and $689.00 respectively, going to those player/sellers in addition to the wholesale (Trade Terminal) value of the blade... no wonder people are making money off of this game!

Of course, those are pretty strong blades... Enblade 13 ME does around 169 points of damage, and 12 does 148 damage. Enblade 10 only does 130 damage.. and 10s sell for about TT+734.59 PED, or $73.46 USD above the base cost of it (which is about 110 Ped, or USD $11.00)...

No wonder people keep calling this the most expensive video game in the world! Hopefully those Cornondos keep dropping FAPs (First Aid Packs) as they die so I can sell them to make back some on the damage that killing them is doing to the blade that I use. Last FAP that I got from one of them was worth about 12 Peds as TT, or usd $1.20... If I could get a lot of those, hopefully, I can start breaking even more, or getting ahead economically in the game..

Snable Snots have about 20 Hit Points... Bercycled's have around 100 or so, and one of the strongest critters in the game, a Feifoid, has about 400-1200 Hit Points... so even with the strongest weapons in the game, you still would have to party with a hunting team, or get darn lucky to kill them... especially since a lot of those critters are in massive mobs of 20-50 or so critters all massed in huddles in various places throughout the game... but the more tough your weapons, the more higher level creatures you can kill, the better your chances of getting some good loot that you can sell for more to other players or TT (trade terminal). ..

so I'll stick with Repedge Blades for now...

My sweating skills keep going up. I read somewhere that some players can get to where they can pull up about 600 sweat in one hour. Sweat sells for about 2 pecs a bottle, which is .02 Peds (the penny version of money in the game)...

100 Pecs(Project Entropia Cents) = 1 PED (Project Entropia Dollar)
$1 USD = 10 PEDS... so 1 PED = a dime... Sweat Sells for 2 pecs a bottle, i.e. 1/100th of a dime.

So far, I've got about 1800 Sweat stored up that I'll sell eventually, or refine in to M.E. (the stuff that you use in the game to power up cyber implants to do in the game what's similar to magic - except it's not magic, it's bionic implant junk)

This game is a bit like a casino... and right now, it's like I'm playing penny and nickel slots. If I had an Enblade, I could go after better critters, which would be like playing a dollar slot or a casino table game... at the moment games like this are not really considered casinos by law... more like games of skill, like you'd find at a fun house or Chucky Cheese or something... but more pricey...

However, I like it. It makes my money last longer than the real casino a few blocks from our house, and is a heck of a lot funner.
