There are no "docs". Start reading all posts in this forum, and play with it. You will learn a LOT by trial and error. If you pay enough attention to various posts, it won't be too many "errors". But making errors/mistakes are a fast learning curve, LOL. I did it that way myself: Linux/Enigma OS Support

Just stay with the North American Project, SatDreamGr image and focus on that until you have that fairly well mastered. Then you can decide if you want to play with additional images in the other slots.
Don't focus on the fact it's an E2 receiver, ALL the basics to set it up and receive sat signals are still the same as any appliance receiver, no matter what image you ultimately decide to use.
I just think the NA-SDGR image is the easiest to learn to master the receiver, and get over any possible fear or mental blocks anybody might be concerned they'll have with what initially seems like such a different receiver that we're all used to using in the past.
IMO, you are going to love this receiver, once you have it mastered...

OK 1st question. How do I start over the initial config.

To reset the TNAP back to shipped configuration.
Menu>>> Setup>>> Factory Reset>>> (Proceed?) Yes

Thanks, did it and it worked fine. The backup menus have changed a bit from your earlier guide, but that went well when I found the plug in.
Scanned in 101W C and like it!
Now my only issue is figuring out how to edit my channel list to skip the unwanted channels.

You don't edit the channel list. You set up FAVORITES lists, and copy the channels over to those lists in the order you want. It's easiest to do that in the WebIF screen using the BouquetEditor.

My favorites are all named for the actual satellites. Makes it easy to track things.

I really like this new receiver! I don't even know enough about it to be dangerous yet, but I appreciate the horsepower under the hood.
Do a backup right NOW. Even if it's not completely to your liking yet. I learned that lesson...
The backup was done after my 1st factory reset. Noticed the hotter receiver also gives more adjacent duplicates - 7' Obitron is the real culprit, but the winds & hail up here preclude a long life for most mesh dishes.

In many images you can ignore adjacent satellite transponder duplication with an advanced scanning setting in the blind scan menu. This advanced scan sort feature was hidden in TNAP.
I've been poking around, but haven't found it yet. I assume you mentioned it because it was still there someplace?
Not sure if El Bandidio hid the adjacent satellite filter or deleted it in TNAP. The filter is default in the Blind Scan menu on most images.
Try loading an alternative image in one of the three empty multiboot slots and try a few different skins on these multiboot images. You will see many different options and GUI implementations.
