A fairly good article describing E*'s problems with rising Subscriber Acquisition Cost (SAC) and much flatter Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). Murdoch and D* seem to be handling this much better. Yes SAC is going up. But so is ARPU. Where does this leave E*?
