DVR trouble

I have a DIP622 that is integrated with Sony NSZ-GS7. I have a problem with the DVR. After 3 or 4 days, when I get home from work the DVR will not turn on. I have to unplug the DVR and wait 4-5 minutes then turn the Sony NSZ-GS7 on and cick on Dish live TV before the DVR will turn back on. I have had to do this 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks. It is the only way I can get the Dish DVR to turn back on. It will not turn back on on it's own. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Time to replace or upgrade. Get an EHD and move your recordings to it, then call Dish. You'll likely get a ViP722 or K as a replacement.
