I'm not sure we're on the same page. Naked DSL is DSL without dialtone. Are you saying that CenturyTel requires dialtone on their DSL lines or rather that they don't offer dialtone on their DSL lines?

Century tell only offers dsl with at least their most basic dialtone service.

I get it now. You don't want the land line. It wasn't clear to me from your previous post that the mandatory land line was a negative.
