Dish Network subscribers in the region can rest assured they ll have living room seats to Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets games. Altitude Sports Entertainment a new TV network formed by Stan Kroenke provided details Thursday of its carriage agreement with EchoStar Communications Corp. which will air the channel on its Dish Network satellite-TV service.
