Dish Tech contact - OTA EPG

Does anyone have a technical contact that could help address missing channel data in the OTA EPG for Indianapolis? I’m not at home right now, so I can’t post pics, but there are upper level channels (8.1, 23.1, etc) and digital sub-channels that are missing data.

8.1 and 23.1 info has been missing for several years because of a dispute with Dish and the owner of those channels. Funny that when other channels are in a dispute, Dish supplies OTA guide, but not for these channels.
