Dish Team in the Forum

I had my first experience with the DIRT team and I'm very impressed! Matt helped me resolve a network connection issue I'm having with my 722. The responses from Matt were very quick and direct. Thanks to SatGuys and Matt for an excellent experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about Matt and the rest of the team. They respond fast and do their best to make you happy, which has been the case for me.

I had made a single thread giving props to TonyT but will mention it here as well.

Got one of those urgent need to upgrade equipment letters a couple weeks back.Didn't need to upgrade as I have both western arc and eastern arc.Rather than go thru chat or make a dreaded call I pmed Tony.2 Pms later and the problem was taken care of.Without a doubt the easiest communication with DishNet I have ever had and that goes back to 1998.
