Dish replaced my less than 1 year old (owned) 722 under warranty due to constant reboot problems. It had been a problem since the first week and finally would not boot at all. Hard drive or power supply problem I would guess.
They tried to tell me that they would only replace it by sending it out as a leased box, but after a few steps up the phone chain they finally agreed to replace it outright.
Has been working OK other than when it arrived the front panel header had worked it's way off and needed to be re-seated.
The problem I am having is after changing channels, the info "header" box at the top of the screen takes about 15 minutes to time out and go away. Is there a setting to change this? I have never seen one.
