First NBC Universal, now Warner, time to offload the soon to be dead weight of the company.
Paramount should be next, they have already announced that the focus of the new company ( once the merger is approved) will be CBS and Paramount+, so the Cable Channels (except for Nick) are already set to be tossed away, either to be sold or whatever.
