Dish Remote Access is completely broken

Dish remote access is completely broken, I log in to dish remote access on my laptop and get the message. "Your receiver is off line". I open slingplayer on my Iphone. Bang! Immediately streaming content and I am controlling the DVR. Complete fail from both Dish.sling.com and dishonline. Why don't they port the Iphone app to the PC?

Same here......misery in this case does not love company, that said it's good to know I'm not alone.....and it's not my stuff.
