If they dont get things resolved with Sinclair I am sure the satisfaction will drop quite a bit.

Why would some company that has a few station in podunk america affect E*!!! Most customers dont know who sinclair is or even care!!!! Sure a few rural customers will complain but in the big picture its small potatoes

The VOOM development is too new to have affeced this. As for JD poweres they do alot of customer satisfaction survetys. DISH and DTV have both won them in this industry. But I see no evidence that D* paid for the ones they won or that e* paid the rest.

This survey only goes to show the sad state of affairs with Customer Service here in the United States. Heck, it took me five (5) calls just to get ahold of someone at E* who could speak English. Ummm...perhaps this survey only goes to show the sad state of affairs with outsourced Customer Service in Mexico, India and elsewhere.

They do not pay off JD Power to get a winning score. However, they do pay for the costs of the survey. And, if they don't want the results made public, they don't have to allow it.

Also, JD Power will often conduct surveys at their own expense, knowing that the winner will want to pay to have it made public. The losers will also be interested in the detailed results, which can help them improve for the next one.

We can't understand it, but maybe some of the employees from the 'other' centers can... Don't recall any that speak that fluently, hindu though and you'd be set.
