Dish Hopper 3 support for TIDAL Masters (MQA)?

Huh? You are kidding, I hope. I don't think you would want anything as high-end as TIDAL coming through a Dish box. Dish can't even get its Multi-media feature working right, after a pretty good start some years ago. As with almost any 3rd party service, you are better off not using the Dish box nor the TiVo, not the whatever, except for a connected device such as a Roku or Fire TV, to access your 3rd party service, and I believe Tidal is available on both Roku and Fire TV, but for all I know, the best experience with Tidal may be using a PC. So, the answer is NO; Dish boxes do not offer access to TIDAL.
As for TIDAL MQA: I can see the value in the TIDAL HiFi lossless service (certainly not the lossy "Premium" service), but the secret has been out for years: MQA is LOSSY, and if you are merely auditioning music to consider the purchase of it's lossless version, there are probably less expensive ways to audition "Hi-Res" (for which there is no true definition, even by the industry) audio that often has a lower resolution equivalent for the consumer to audition available at lower priced music streaming services for such buying considerations.
I think Tidal Hi-Fi is about $20 per month, so I can imagine the "Hi-Res" Tidal MQA being even more expensive. With that kind of money, one ought to seek out lossless alternatives or just buy the few albums at retail cost and enjoy them in all their lossless glory, especially when one considers that TIDAL is supposed to be for audiophiles and those seeking the best quality, and MQA, being lossy, is NOT the best quality. Well, I hope you find what you are looking for.

No. You missed something important. This is NOT the Amazon Music that's been around for awhile. Last fall they introduced a new tier: Amazon Music HD. You can still get the standard MP3 plan, but in this $13 one, they start at CD quality 44.1 and now have million of tunes that even exceed that with what is now called Hi-Res. It is getting better reviews (because of the price, I imagine) than Tidal's $30 / month Hi-Res plan.
