Disconnect between ATT/Dish Sales and Installer

Hello,

AT&T Dish sales agreed to have an OTA antenna installed with my new Dish 622/211 boxes. However, the local Dish office supervisor refuses to install the antenna; says they never do this. Anybody else have this problem; suggestions? :confused:
