Yep, and remember too they are publicly held companies in the business to make profits AND profit a service. It can be a fine tightrope balancing act as many people today LOVE to jump on the greed bandwagon but this sure isn't a Socialist environment, nor would we want it to be. And greed and gouging are those BS words tossed around way too easy by people that love to talk big but know little. IMHO The bottom line is doing like whay you did, if you don't like a service or a cost, then pack up and move on. No harm, no foul you voted with your wallet.
