Did E* get rid of Local signal e-mail?

Please don't flame me for not doing a search. I did and the e-mails I sent were all bounced. I finally gave up and used the ceo address hoping they will forward it to the right people. The problem I am having is the local ABC channel KSWO has been off the air for several days. I just have a black screen and the guide says Off Air.
I was just hoping someone at E* could give me a time frame on getting my ABC channel back.

Why not contact the local station ?? They surely have the proper contact information for the people at Dish.

I finally got an e-mail from E* saying it would be back at 5 pm. They also stated they were having problems with the dishquality@echostar.com address.

Their Barracuda returned my email, but they did get it. Someone must be watching it and forwarding the emails it traps.
