Der option for 77W

I currently use Dish Mexico on the 77W satellite. I cannot use the eve function on my Wally receiver because dish only download a 1-2 hour program guide. Can I use a TIVO or some other type of recording device for recording and playing?

No. I assume you mean the Dvr function. Problem is 77 does not have the full 8 day guide that's on 72.7.

Then get a bigger dish and point it towards 77
