I was like who is WGA... One of the few times I have heard Writers Guild of America outside of their strikes every few years...
 
If it is allowed, it shows/confirms an about face in policy since the breakup of 'Ma Bell" No way in H E double hockey sticks is it 'in the public's interest" - IMHO - I won't say more.
