DB4 UHF Large Multi-directional Antenna

Has anyone used the DB4 UHF Large Multi-directional Antenna form Antenna's Direct? Do I need to purchase a preamp and filter?

It depends on how far away you are from the Transmitters?

You will be extremely happy with this antenna. Its size is about 18" x 24" so it is easy to mount. Putting it together took about three minutes, could have taken less, but who read the directions. Before mounting I just had it resting on a couch in the general direction of the towers 30 miles away. Each channel hit the high 80's on my Dish Network 811. Outside, never any problems. Wait on the pre-amp until after you install. If you buy their J-Mount, it takes about 5 minutes to install. Good Luck
