Wow, another advantage of tc vs. at120. plus tc will be a dollar cheaper.

Just to update, tc gives you the following that 120 does not

The following which aren't on dish period:
Fine Living
Fit TV
Newsworld International
NFL Network
Oxygen
Trio

Plus the following that need at180:
Bloomberg
CNBC World
Fox Movie Channel
Hallmark Channel
National Geographic Channel
Outdoor Life Network
Soapnet

I visit some friends of mine on a ranch at least once a month... as part of thier salary they get D*, now if they would only put sci fi back on total choice they would be happy...:) soapnet will make one of them happy... And I like the nfl network, if only the D* version was HD....but I forget it would be ED....

Uh, not that I disagree with you, but Trio's been gone since the end of the year... ;) ;)

dfergie - uh, Sci-Fi's been on TC since day 1... ;) ;)

oh yeah. Trio's gone. That's an old list i had on my pc that I just copied...

Well D* needs this channel move to justified the rate increase for TC without adding new stuff (and bandwidth) -- after all, TC has the highest rate increase, percentage-wise.

Why don't you give us a list of what channels AT120 gives to subs that TC does not have? Also the "paid annually" discount? If a person is bounded by the one-year contract and he choose to pay annually, AT120 is cheaper than TC. Less channels on AT120? It's just what they pay for.

Isn't Soapnet already on the Total Choice Plus package? Are you saying that they are moving it to the Total Choice Pemiere package and it will only be available on the package?

Ok. The following is on AT120 not on TC.

D* doesn't carry these two channels:
HRTV
Si TV

D* has these channels but not in TC:
Telefutura
TV Games Network
Univision (west)

such a comparison, lmao!!! :)

So to summarise.
TC has 12 channels 120 doesn't have.
120 has 5 channels TC doesn't have (but they are all junk)
So in total TC has 7 channels at120 doesn't have

Hey, we almost forgot ANOTHER addition to TC - TV One, that was just added last month. So, I changed your numbers above to reflect this. ;) ;)
