Is the CW available in houston locals thru OTA >> HD that is

IT's available in ota digital but not HD on the substation 6.2 here in Beaumont, tx -90 miles away. It should be available in in HD on channel 39 ota. I have received it sometimes on my ota antenna when the signal is strong .

Yea i see the CW announce this program available in HD but locals for dish HD in Houston area are not available

Dish doesn't carry CW-HD anywhere. DirecTV has started doing so in a few markets.
